One afternoon we noticed a call to designers on Instagram. The DLBA (Downtown Long Beach Alliance) posted a design competition to promote pedestrian exploration around Downtown Long Beach. Naturally we jumped at the opportunity, since our offices are in Long Beach, and won the competition. From there we partnered with the DLBA team and created the decals that are on the sidewalks still today. They display where pedestrians can go to purchase food, get drinks, or find entertainment. It is an ongoing exploration project and we cant wait to see the next iteration.
